Proofing
Q: How do I see my proofs online?
A: You must first register a new account and activate it by email. Here's how:
- From the Photography Menu click on "Proofs"
- At the top of the page click "Register"
- Read the agreement then continue...
- Fill out your details then click the "Submit Registration" button.
- Wait a few moments then check your email for the activation email. Follow the instructions in that email.
Once your account has been activated I can then link your user account with your photos.
Q: How long does it take to get my portraits after I order?
A: This time it takes varies depending on the number of portraits ordered and what types. Typically it should not take any longer than one week. If any longer you will be notified.
Q: How do I get my order from you when it's ready?
A: There are a few ways and will depend on the circumstances. The best way is to pick them up at Hugs & Bugs (2261 East 3300 South, Salt Lake City, UT). They can also be shipped via DHL or USPS.
Q: Can I call an order in when I am ready?
A: Yes, however it is preferred that you use the online shopping cart. This helps with order accuracy.
Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Yes, VISA, Master Card and Discover Card. Cash, Checks and PayPal are also acceptable payments
